A: We design the magnetic levitation display for the heaviest shoe. When you floating the lighter shoe, please make weight up as same as the heaviest shoe.

A: The pure distance is about 20mm, when you fix the floating magnet inside heelpiece, the distance = 20mm – thickness of heelpiece. It is unfit for thicker heelpiece of shoe.
